Decoding Blues ft GreenHill garment

The world of work-wear can be a difficult area to play with sometimes. With so many options available these days, we sometime gets confused in picking the right option and find the perfect shirting solutions for our sartorial needs. No matter if you work in a corporate office or more relaxed environment, a decent selection of work shirts that stand up to the stresses of the job is paramount. We end up picking the same old whites and blues and stop experimenting with the work shirts. It doesn’t mean you have to select some prints or bold stripes. There are lot of options available in the plain shirts category and Green Hills gives you such a range. From the casual printed ones to the classic formal cuts, they have it all. The blue and white work shirt which I picked from their catalog is not only smart and trendy but it can easily be worn outside work as well.

So there’s no surprise that Green Hills offers us a range of simple and unique options, such as this light blue and white paneled tailored shirt with a slim collar – minimalism at its finest. Rocking the work wear is not always pairing bolder colors or prints, sometimes its all about keeping it simple and team it up with the best accessories you have in that wardrobe. Well-cut shirts to high quality accessories, that’s all what you need to stand out in any workplace. White and blue is a versatile color and goes with anything. For workwear, a khaki trouser and a khaki blazer is just perfect. This color combination is suitable for summers as well as any other season.

When it comes to other elements, there are plenty of options to play around with. I used a sleek burgundy organizer to add that pop of color. No one wants to carry those heavy laptop bags anymore and this one surely solves the purpose. With its unique design, it can be converted to a hand bag as well with the ex-tractable handles.

As always sunglasses and watch are the other accessories I keep my focus on. Aviators are the right way to go for this outfit. And a classic metal watch completes the look. Make sure the belt matches with your shoes. I used my brown aviators to keep all the accessories tone in the similar shade.

The last fun element is the right pairing of the shoes and the socks. I love playing with patterned socks and argyle is one of my favorites. Argyle is a criss cross pattern creating diamond shape which you must have seen in sweaters and cardigans as well. And what’s better than when it comes in colorful socks. Pairing my basic brown brogues with this colorful pattern surely makes it more fashion forward. Playing with patterned and printed socks always brings a fun element to workwear.

So there you have it, a quick introduction on how to nail ‘workwear shirts’ during the warmer months. Try Green Hill garments and you will surely love their wide range of smart casuals and formals shirts. It’s the start of the week, so try it out and let me know how you styled yourself. Till then, stay stylish :)
