Gone are the days when grooming was a women’s thing. There is surely a much more complicated and detailed approach towards women’s grooming but nowadays men are not behind either. All men are different and everyone looks at grooming in their own ways. Some are much more comfortable with their alpha side and do not mind to explore and experiment everything which is out there and some believe in just keeping it what is necessary. Well enough said and let’s look at what is a necessity and what can be done to keep it simple, raw and what every man indulges in daily life.

When it comes to grooming, the first thing comes to every man’s mind is, of-course, shaving. Before the advent of razors, hair was sometimes removed using two shells to pull the hair out or using water and a sharp tool. Around 3000 BC when copper tools were developed, copper razors were invented. The idea of an aesthetic approach to personal hygiene may have begun at this time, though Egyptian priests may have practiced something similar to this earlier. Alexander the Great strongly promoted shaving during his reign in the 4th century BC because he believed it looked tidier. Well don’t we all agree with Alexander.

With personal hygiene and grooming taking over, we all have seen the rise of Beard Boom. From 2013 till now, it’s still on peak and guys still are exploring different versions of it. With great beard comes great responsibility and to maintain and keep it stylish we need the best gadgets out there. And that’s when I got to review this new super advanced Syska UltraClip Trimmer.

To keep up with the trend, I don’t remember when was the last time I shaved. Also my love for beard increased when I realized I look better and closer to my age when I have a beard. I am sure lot of us can relate to that. With lot of trimmer options in the market, there is definitely an advantage if you try this one. I will take you through the uses and advantages of Syska UltraClip HC5201 and I am sure you would agree with all the points.

With my daily grooming routine, starting with basic hygiene like cleansing the face, washing the beard and of-course setting up the hair, beard trimming is something which happens twice a week. To maintain and grow a proper beard, maintenance is the biggest factor. And for that you definitely need a trimmer which helps you with everything. Here are some of the important pointers and let’s see what Syska has to offer.

  1. Battery Life– Be Hassle-Free With A Long-Lasting Battery Charge. Wires are a thing of the past. Look great on the go with a long-lasting battery that comes with the UltraClip. You can get up to 50 minutes of continuous use. With my traveling schedule, battery life is very important. Well that sums up my point. The day since I have received the trimmer, I have used it for almost 30 mins and I haven’t charged it yet and it’s still working. How great is that.
  2. Adjustable blades and combs– A Close Cut, But Just How You Want It. Adjust how close you want to trim your beard with the 6-detent taper control with the Syska UltraClip. A morning-after look or perhaps a light stubble, you got it all. Also, the Syska UltraClip comes with 2 adjustable guide combs of 1mm-10mm and 11mm-20mm to give you the flexibility of the beard and hair length you want.

3. High Performance– We all agree that we don’t want to invest into a trimmer again and again, therefore we need a high performing machine. With Syska famous for its technology already in different fields, this was given that you will get something similar here as well. Yes, a Unique High Performance Motor. The Syska UltraClip comes with a high-performance DC motor which lasts longer and super-efficient technology for optimum speed to give your trimmer a longer life

4. Easy to Clean- Cleaning is as important as the the other things. We do not want a trimmer full of hair and makes it a task to clean it later. This trimmer comes with a small brush to clean the hair between the blades when you use it for trimming. And when you use it for proper shaving, it has a washable body and removable head for better and easy cleaning. Keep the device more hygienic and clean after every use. Once you’re finished, simply rinse clean under running water. You can even remove the head to remove hair more easily and efficiently.

5. Affordable– There are trimmers in market which has all these qualities and they cost a bomb. But Syska as compared to other brands offer you this trimmer in just Rs. 2399. This definitely is a big plus point and especially for those who do not want to spend around 4k on grooming products.

If you want to grow beard like a real man, then you need two things- patience and perfect maintenance. Patience can only come with your own practice but the maintenance part can be taken care by Syska. Do try this product and I am sure you will love it. My favorite thing about this one is how affordable it is. I have seen all these bigger brands trimmers in the market and they all offer the similar features but when you see the price you think twice before buying it. That’s not the case with Syska. Also this product is made in Korea which makes it super sturdy and reliable. I hope you use this weekend for some good grooming exercise and if you need some tips, do read this. 1. I have purchased Syska HC5201 only 2 months ago and the battery of this product has almost gone out of order…there is no power left in it even after charging 40 to 50 minutes. I have lost the bills of he product also thinking it may not go out of order at least for one year or more. Can u suggest me from where I can replace the battery of this product and how much will it cost to me. I would say this is a bad product if compared to Philips trimmers……

    1. hey, not sure where you can get this repaired. but sorry to hear that the battery didnt work. I have been using it for 6 months now and works fine.
