Bangalore Fashion week ended this Sunday and we saw a lot of happening and not so happening shows. I have always been reluctant to attend BFW. Be it the whole event organisation or the creativity, there is still a long way to go. The event is in its 15th edition but I still feel it will take some more time to reach where the other fashion events in the country are. And I am sure it will. But I am not discussing about the whole event per se here. I was invited to witness the Royal Collection by Vimal Pareek. Being into men’s fashion I always look out for new and budding designers. Vimal is not new to this industry which showed in the collection he presented at fashion week and it was great to see some interesting pieces from Vimal’s collection.
Vimal Pareek presented “The Royal Odyssey”, his festive collection for Fall Winter 2016 at the Bangalore Fashion Week this Sunday. Vimal Pareek is One of India’s first and few only Menswear Designers. Displaying exquisite Menswear in all its Royal glory from sherwanis to Bandhgalas and Jackets to Breeches & Kurtas, each outfit stands for the designer’s signature classic design, fit and fabric. The aesthetic use of Velvet, embroidery and brocade surely added some touch of class and finesse. The rich colors like burgundy, red and gold were used very aesthetically. The embroidered parrot and peacock in gold is something I would like to see on my shirt. Here are some of the pieces which I absolutely loved.
Go show some love on his instagram and facebook page by following him. His signature royal style, classic fit, ultra-luxe garments and finery for men across all age groups. From weddings to a formal occasion, you can try his clothes for everything. Stay tuned for some more fashion updates. Till then stay stylish
